I am absolutely thrilled with my new pergola which was completed today. I can't thank the team at Innovative Verandahs enough for their amazing service and workmanship. Shane who attended to quote and measure was fantastic to deal with - friendly, approachable, knowledgable and helpful making suggestions and recommendations to suit my needs. When it came to the permits, paperwork and regular updates and communication, Mandy was super friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, accommodating and wonderful to liaise with. On the day of installation, the three hard working installers, Dean, Josh and Xavier were my dream team. They turned up on time, followed by the material delivery 3 minutes later, and the guys were straight in to action and installing my pergola. They involved me in the process, asked me questions and made suggestions as to if I'd like to amend anything aesthetically before they installed something where possible, (eg: height and clear sheeting positioning) and were fun, polite and respectful to engage with. Good for a banter and they were super friendly with my dog 🐾 To top it off, upon completion they ensured that they tidied and cleaned the area up immaculately, to ensure it was safe for my very happy furkid. The service and work ethic of this business is second to none, and I have absolutely no hesitations recommending them to anyone in the future. Thank you to the entire team for an effortless experience and an amazing pergola.

Innovative Verandahs is an extremely impressive and professional company to deal with. From initial contact with Mandy who was always polite, professional and prompted to Shane attending to quote the job which a competitor had issues in not only quoting the job but was also unable to provide us with exactly what we were wanting, the competitor said the job was very difficult. Shane had no issue in quoting or delivering exactly what we were wanting. Shane kept in contact throughout the whole process, he took the stress away from arranging council approval, having materials delivered when he said they would be delivered and his installers attending on time and completing the job earlier than the quoted time frame. The execution of the installation cannot be faulted, professional and polite workman which ensured the pergola was installed to the highest of standards and ensured the area was left clean. We expect high quality work but Innovative Verandahs far surpassed our expectations throughout the whole process. We are extremely happy and cannot recommend Shane and his team enough
